Description

Squash Restaurant is a one-night-only pop up restaurant in San Francisco's Bernal Heights neighborhood. Two seatings feature a five course menu, with optional wine pairing. Executive Chef Bill Kee hosts the evening with a focus on seasonal autumn ingredients.

Two seatings with 26 tickets each are available:

5:30-7:30pm
8:00-10:00pm

All proceeds from the event will be donated to the International Rescue Committee, which helps people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster.

Warm Bread Salad
chicory and arugula with toasted pumpkin seeds, soft crescenza cheese, fried french loaf croutons, and honey vinaigrette

Squash Jalapeño Soup
pureed butternut squash topped with jalapeño cream, garnished with a sweep of marshmallow

Pumpkin Arepas
fried cornmeal pumpkin breads served with yogurt and chives

Roasted Pork Loin
fragrant roast of pork and cortland apples alongside celery root puree, carrots, and onion petals

Midnight Cake
rich chocolate cake dusted with powdered sugar and fresh whipped cream, coupled with a scoop of
pumpkin spice ice cream
